Smart Assistance is a cross-platform, flexible and powerful tool for remote assistance in Augmented Reality, enabling on-field front-line workers to connect, share data and receive support from remote experts.

AR remote guidance helps enterprises across a wide range of industries to handle maintenance, repair and training operations in a highly interactive, efficient, and productive way, reducing downtimes, costs, and miscommunications.

Smart Assistance combines live video streaming with augmented reality annotations - in the form of freehand drawing and widgets - on the shared field of view, providing exactly the right information you need as well as improving first-time fix rate.

Main Functionalities:

1. Audio & Video streaming + AUGMENTED REALITY

(widgets, freehand drawing, and customized widget if required);

2. Photosharing + AUGMENTED REALITY

(if the connection goes down or hands-free are required)

3. Additional controls as files sharing option, flash control, camera switch (front camera/main camera) and screenshot acquisition

4. A CMS to manage files, documents, call history, users (Admin), images acquired during the conversation
